Your whole subscription starts a new full seven-day period. Unused paid time is credited toward the new weekly price. You see the credit, amount due and new renewal date before payment.
Example: halfway through a regular $2 week for 10 channels, upgrading to 20 channels costs $4 minus a $1 unused-time credit: $3 now, then $4 every seven days.

Does Signal Desk provide trading signals or guarantee profits?
No. You choose your own channels. Signal Desk helps interpret and copy their instructions under your settings. Trading can lose money; copying does not guarantee that every message is understood or every order is filled.
Which MetaTrader accounts are supported?
MT5 hedging accounts are the intended supported account model. MT4 and netting accounts are excluded. Broker conditions, instrument specifications and minimum lots still determine whether a signal can be traded. Cent, raw and other account labels do not replace those checks.
Is my trading running in the cloud?
No. Telegram reading, parsing, trading rules and EA execution run on your computer. Cloud services support accounts, subscriptions, device activation and disclosed administrator reporting.
Will signing in start copying?
No. Connect Telegram and MT5, review the selected channels and rules, then choose Start. Pausing new entries continues management of existing copier positions.
Do I need to install Python or AI?
Python is packaged with the Windows app. Signal Desk uses a local AI reader alongside learned channel formats. A compatible local model must be installed and ready before copying starts. Setup checks show when it is ready.
What information is reported to the administrator?
Registered installations report disclosed health and channel-performance summaries. Individual signals and parsed trading instructions stay on your computer. Original Telegram message text and login credentials are excluded. Public channel names may appear; private channels are labelled private. Review the reporting terms before registering.
How do upgrades and app updates work?
Paid channel capacity is managed inside Subscription & billing. App versions are separate: Check for updates downloads a verified release when available. Updates preserve local settings; installation requires an appropriate pause and may require reattaching an updated EA.
