Signal Desk privacy notice
Updated 8 October 2026
Signal Desk is published by Arif Aiman. It runs Telegram message reading, local AI interpretation and MetaTrader 5 trading on your Windows computer. Cloud services support customer accounts, subscriptions, device activation and separately registered summary reporting.
On your computer
The app stores selected-channel messages and revisions, parsed interpretations, settings, trade records, channel pictures and diagnostic records in its local workspace. The AI reader uses a local Ollama model. Original Telegram message text is not sent to Signal Desk's cloud dashboard. Saved connection credentials use Windows account protection. Your Telegram login code and two-step password are not saved by Signal Desk.
Customer accounts and payments
Signing up sends your email address and password to the Signal Desk account service for authentication through Supabase. Account emails are delivered through Brevo. Payment checkout and subscription management are hosted by Stripe. Signal Desk records payment and subscription identifiers, channel allowance, paid-period dates and a device installation identifier to verify access. Stripe handles your card information; the desktop app does not store card numbers.
Summary reporting
Separately registered reporting sends app version, connection and copying status, channel signal and skip counts, processing times and confirmed performance totals to the operator's private dashboard. Public channel names and usernames may be included; private channels are labelled private. Reporting excludes original Telegram messages, individual parsed signals, invite links, broker account numbers, broker server names, credentials and profile pictures. It does not redistribute channel signals. Reporting failure does not pause trading.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and account service; Supabase stores account, subscription and registered reporting records; Brevo delivers account emails; Stripe processes payments. The configured Supabase project is hosted in Sydney, Australia. These providers process service data under their own privacy policies. Telegram, your broker, Microsoft and Ollama also operate their respective services.
Retention and requests
Local records remain until you remove your workspace. Signing out does not erase trade history. Cloud account and subscription records are retained to operate accounts, verify paid access and maintain payment records. Registered reporting retains the latest snapshot until the operator removes it; stopping reporting prevents future uploads but does not delete the existing snapshot. To ask about access, correction or removal of your Signal Desk cloud records, reply to an account email from Signal Desk. Payment records may need to be retained where required for accounting or dispute handling.
Your controls
You choose which Telegram channels are read, review trading rules, and control Start and Pause. Removing a source stops new copying from that source. Disconnecting and deleting local data can interrupt trade management; check open copier positions first. This notice does not promise anonymity: public channel identifiers and device records may be associated with an installation.
Advertising measurement
If you allow advertising cookies, Meta Pixel measures visits and clicks on download and signup links on this public website. Meta may receive browser and device information, your IP address, the page address and cookie identifiers to measure advertising. Declining does not prevent downloads or account access. Change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future Pixel events; it does not remove information already received by Meta.
The Pixel is not installed in the desktop copier or account and billing pages. We do not send Telegram messages, MT5 account details, passwords or payment information through this website Pixel. A download-button click does not confirm installation or payment.
